Privacy policy

I collect as little as I can, I use it only to look after you, and I never sell it.

What I collect

• When you buy: your name, email address, and the details needed to take payment and send your download link.
• When you write to me or join a waitlist: your name, email address and message.
• When you message me on WhatsApp: your phone number and the messages and voice notes you send.

How I use it

To deliver what you bought, answer your questions, give you feedback, and tell you about new things if you asked me to. You can ask to be taken off any list at any time.

Who helps me

• Shopify runs the shop and sends order emails.
• Rapid Gateway and your bank or wallet process payments. I never see your full card number.
• Formspree receives the contact and waitlist forms.
• Cloudflare hosts this website.
• WhatsApp carries our messages, if you choose to write there.

Each of them handles your information under their own privacy policies. This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. The shop uses the cookies Shopify needs to run your cart and checkout.

Keeping and deleting it

I keep order records for as long as the law requires, and everything else only as long as it’s useful to you. You can ask me to see, correct or delete your information at any time.
