Terms of service

Last updated 12 October 2026

These terms apply when you buy from shop.amararanjha.com or use amararanjha.com. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Who I am

amararanjha.com and shop.amararanjha.com are run by Ammara, an English teacher based in Gojra, Phalia, Pakistan.

What you’re buying

unstuck is a digital speaking workbook (a PDF) with audio recordings that play on amararanjha.com. Nothing is posted to you. The free resources are PDFs too.

Prices and payment

Prices are charged in Pakistani rupees (PKR). Buyers outside Pakistan pay in PKR too, and their bank converts the amount. Payments are processed securely by Rapid Gateway, by card, JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer. I never see or store your full card details. Launch prices are shown on the product page with the date they end.

How buying works

  1. Choose the book on shop.amararanjha.com and go to checkout.
  2. Enter your email address and pay.
  3. You get an email with your download link straight away. Open the PDF on any phone, tablet or computer.
  4. If the email doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder, then write to me.

Using the book

Each copy is for one person. You may download it on your own devices and print a copy for yourself. Please don’t share, resell or upload it anywhere. Teachers who want to use unstuck with students can write to me about a teaching licence. The book, the recordings and everything on this site belong to me.

Help from me

For 90 days after you buy unstuck, you can send me questions about the book on WhatsApp. I reply within two working days, Monday to Friday. The recordings need an internet connection to play.

Refunds

See the refund policy.

The fine print

unstuck is a learning resource, and results depend on the practice you put in. I can’t promise a particular exam score or outcome. I’m not responsible for problems caused by your device, internet connection or email provider. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. I may update them now and then, and the date at the top shows the latest version.
